Courtney's 15th Birthday Gift

I am linking this project up with Pink By Design Link Up Tuesday.
I made this little set for my daughter's 15th birthday.  I filled them with some cosmetics and jewelry she had been eyeing. I left them out last night so she would find them this morning with her goodies and she loved them. I entered them in the Close To My Heart Dotty for You contest.
Thanks for stopping by and looking.

Jaded Blossom May Challenge

I made a teabag holder for my entry in the Jaded Blossom May's Challenge.
I used the Easter Egg from the Jaded Blossom's Bunny Poop set to create the flowers on the front of it.  I posted the directions for the teabag holder on a post below.
Hope you like it.
I am pretty proud of myself, I am getting a little better about posting my projects on my blog.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.

Teabag Holder

Pick a piece of 12"x12" patterned paper.
Cut it so it measures:  8 1/2"x12"
Long wise:  (12") Score @ 1 1/4", 2 1/2", 5", 7", 9 1/2" & 10 3/4"
Short wise:  (8 1/2") Score @ 2 1/2" & 6"
Fold on all of the score lines.
Fold the corners of all 4 of the squares down.  See diagram above for the dotted lines where you are to fold.
Once it is all folded and you have a little pocket of each side, put the tops of both sides together.  Hole punch and then add ribbon to hold it together.
When finished, add your teabags or anything else your heart desires.
Hope you enjoy creating your own.  I love them and they are super easy.

Welcome to the Jaded Blossom Customer Blog Hop.
We are very happy that you are able to join us.

Jaded Blossom will be offering prizes.  They will be Echo Park paper, Twine and new treat boxes which are not yet released to three lucky winners who comment on every blog.

Jaded Blossom will also be offering these same prizes to three of you lucky participants. Those winners will be chosen randomly.
Everyone will have until Sunday night to complete the hop. Winners will be announced Monday morning!!

This is my very first blog hop that I have participated in.  I just love all of the Jaded Blossom stamps sets.  Sadly, I have only been able to buy the Easter bundle so I really had to do some creative thinking so I could participate.  This is what I came up with. I made a set of "Thank You" cards for a teacher friend of mine for a Teacher Appreciation gift.

I used the Easter Egg from the Bunny Poop set and created a flower stamping it multiple times on a circle.  I then cut it out and embellished it with a rhinestone.  If you look at the flower real close you will recognize it as the Easter Egg.
Thank you for stopping by so I could share my Jaded Blossom project with you.  Now it is time to head back over to the Jaded Blossom's blog so you can see what the next participant has created to share with you.

Recipe:
Jaded Blossom:  Bunny Poop Set (Egg)
CTMH:  Thanks stamp
DCWV:  Grade School Stack
Tim Holtz Distress Inks
Martha Stewart Border Punch
Oh yeah, I almost forgot.  Here is a adorable Patriotic Owl Digi by Jaded Blossom.  I used him to make up a quick little card.  Hope you like it.

Clear Cards

Here are some cards I made for Valentine's Day just using clear cards.  I ran them through the Cuttlebug.  I really like the effect it gives.  Hope you can see it, I am not a very good photographer. Thanks for looking.
